Energy
Solar PV and backup systems, funded and managed end-to-end.
What we do
A full-lifecycle renewable energy platform.
ANUVA's Energy division focuses primarily on sub-1MW solar PV and backup systems that qualify for the Section 12B accelerated tax write-down - sourcing, evaluating, developing, funding, acquiring and managing these assets on behalf of investors.

Our approach
How we think about solar.
Sizing Matters
The installation is sized to match the offtaker's power usage profile, not the other way around.
Quality Equipment
ANUVA only invests in Tier 1 solar equipment, backed by long-term product warranties.
Ongoing Maintenance
Upkeep, repairs and monitoring are treated as being as important as the initial installation.
Stable Offtakers
Every offtaker is vetted for long-term commercial and financial stability before a project proceeds.
Invest with ANUVA
ANUVA offers two different investment structures.
ANUVA raises and deploys capital through two different vehicles: (1) the ANUVA Impact Fund (or AIF) develops qualifying projects and (2) ANUVA Green Partnerships (or AGPs) acquire projects from AIF (and 3rd parties) to become their long-term owner.
ANUVA Impact Fund (or AIF)
AIF is a project development entity that builds Section 12B qualifying renewable energy assets (i.e. inventory) for sale to ANUVA Green Partnerships (or AGPs) just before the tax year-end. AIF investors don't directly benefit from a Section 12B write-down but enjoy a consistent dividend flow.

Developers & EPCs
Partnering with developers.
ANUVA works with solar developers and EPCs who originate projects. ANUVA evaluates technical and commercial bankability, and can fund suitable projects through to operation.
- > Offtaker quality and financial stability
- > Project economics and system size
- > Historical and projected electricity usage
- > Quality of equipment and EPC credentials
- > PPA structure and term
- > Technical feasibility, grid and regulatory requirements
Fund a PPA Portal
Submit a project for evaluation.
If you have a bankable solar PV or backup project seeking a long-term funding partner, ANUVA would welcome the opportunity to evaluate it.
